Reduced Subscription Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Reduced Subscription

From time to time, we may offer reduced subscription for new subscribers to allow you to experience the benefits of the Global Social Innovators Advice Service. Reduced Subscriptions are available to new Clientss only and are limited to one per person or household.

1.2 Length of Reduced Subscription

The duration of the Reduced Subscription will be specified during the sign-up process. Typical Reduced Subscriptions last 90 days, but this may vary depending on the offer. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period expires.

1.3 Entering Payment Details

To start a Reduced Subscription, you must provide valid payment information. You will not be charged during the Reduced Subscription period, but by entering your payment details, you agree to the automatic conversion to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel.

1.4 Cancellation of Reduced Subscription

You can cancel your Reduced Subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription. To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation steps outlined in your account settings. If you cancel within the trial period, you will retain access to the service until the end of the trial but will not be charged.

2. Automatic Renewal Policy

2.1 Subscription Auto-Renewal

All subscription plans, including those started with a Reduced Subscription, will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as applicable) unless cancelled before the renewal date. The automatic renewal ensures continuous access to our services without interruption.

2.2 Notification of Renewal

You will receive a reminder notification 3 days before your subscription is set to renew (for annual subscriptions) or at the start of each new billing cycle (for monthly subscriptions). This reminder will include details about the upcoming renewal charge and any changes to the pricing.

2.3 Payment for Renewal

The payment method you provided during the subscription process will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing cycle. If we cannot process your payment (due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or other reasons), we will notify you and attempt to collect payment again. If payment is still unsuccessful, your access to the service may be suspended until payment is received.

2.4 Changing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and making the necessary changes. If you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the billing period unless legally required.

2.5 Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under U.K. law, if your subscription automatically renews, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the renewal and request a refund. However, if you have already used the service during this period, we may deduct a proportionate amount from your refund to cover the time you had access.
