1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your Global Social Innovators subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No further payments will be charged unless you re-subscribe.

1.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your account on [website link].

• Go to the “Account Settings” or “Subscription Management” section.

• Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

1.3 Effective Date of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (either monthly or annually). You will continue to have access to the service until that time, but no further charges will be made after the current period ends.

1.4 Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under U.K. law, if you subscribe to a service online, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of entering into the contract (the “cooling-off period”) without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription.

If you request to start using the service immediately during the cooling-off period and later cancel, we may charge you a proportionate fee for the period during which the service was provided before the cancellation was requested.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

You cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not used the service.

You are legally entitled to a refund due to a billing error or another issue caused by us.

2.2 No Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

Outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription or partial months unless required by law. This means that once a billing period begins, you are responsible for the full subscription fee for that period, even if you cancel before the end of the period.

2.3 Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method you used for the subscription.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error or there has been a billing mistake, please contact our support team at hello@globalsocialinnnovators.org.uk or 033. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, issue a refund or credit to your account.

4. Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription if you breach our Terms and Conditions or for other lawful reasons. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion of your subscription, except where required by law.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you by email or through your account. Your continued use of the service after the changes have been made will indicate your acceptance of the updated policy.
